Bottom line, seniors who remain sedentary not only risk losing their mobility and independence, but they also experience catastrophic falls at higher rates. The need for a radical approach to senior fitness has never been greater!
ElderFIT was launched to give seniors a practical, convenient and effective way to maintain or even regain a higher level of fitness. The thing is that few seniors enjoy going to a loud and crowded gym filled with intimidating weights and complicated equipment. Worse still, actually finding trainers who know how to work with seniors can be incredibly frustrating.
ElderFIT has solved that problem. We combine our proprietary, science-based approach to fitness with in-home workouts led by certified trainers to help seniors achieve their fitness goals.
Before any training starts, we come to you and carefully measure your level of mobility, strength and endurance. That way we ensure we create a fitness plan that factors in your unique physical needs and limitations. We work with you to set fitness and lifestyle goals that become the milestones we measure our progress against. Next we create a series of goal-driven exercise designed to both challenge and reward your hard work.
